How we run online

What does an online running coach mean and how does this differ from a traditional running coach or athletics club?
The difference is that all contact such as intake, explanation, feedback or joint analyzes will take place via online tools such as TrainingPeaks, WhatsApp, video call or phone.
So we have no physical contact. And it is no longer necessary because with today's online tools we can do everything that is also done during physical coaching sessions.
The advantage is that it is very flexible and you have a lot of freedom.
There is also no peer pressure from a running group and you can do everything at your own pace.
An online running coach is therefore very efficient!

PACKAGE EXPLANATION

After we have gotten acquainted through an online meeting or in real life, we get started.
We start with a so-called 'zero' measurement, where we test your limits.
We will then draw up a schedule together based on your free time and goals.
The program can be built up by just running, but components as strength training and nutrition can also be added.
The training schedules will be created and shared by Trainingpeaks.
You can then start your new challenge!
Depending on your package, we will be in touch about your progress and, if necessary, analyze your training numbers.
The Complete packages include a video analysis of your running technique and you will receive instructions from me on how to do this with your mobile phone.
I will then analyze these images with a specialized program and give you tips on how to improve your technique.
If we speak to each other live, we will do the analysis during this first introduction.
