Personal and focused
Do you want a personal schedule, extensive running guidance and also improve your technique? So in other words, do you want to become a better runner? Then this is the perfect package for you to start running with a running coach! A personal training schedule that is completely tailored to your situation, but is also flexible if circumstances change, such as an injury, personal circumstances or holiday. During our coach contact moments we discuss how the training sessions are going, I show you how you can determine your progress and I give you tips and exercises that you can do to improve your stability or core, for example, with a schedule for this if necessary. I will also tell you how you can record yourself and share it with me so that we can analyze your technique and I will give you exercises and tips to improve it. Advising on shoe choices is also possible here. This means you have less chance of injuries and you will walk easier and faster.
It is very useful if you have a sports watch or a heart rate monitor in combination with an app. This forms the basis of your program and allows us to determine whether you are making progress. I have experience with different brands and types of watches so I can help you make the right choice.
